Destination Rehab is a 501(c)3 nonprofit located in Bend, Oregon. We are physical therapists who offer outdoor and adventure-based rehabilitation for people with Spinal cord injury, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Brain Injury and Cerebral Palsy. Our mission is to equip and inspire people with neurologic conditions to experience adventure and independence in the great outdoors. We believe everyone should have the support they need to build confidence and experience adventure in the great outdoors.
We have also expanded our services during the pandemic to incorporate more virtual community outreach, educational presentations and support to our neurological community during this scary and isolating time.
